21-260: Correction to HW#4

Thanks, everyone who pointed out the repeated problem on this week's assignment. I've corrected the assignment page. The correct problems are 2.5.20, 2.5.25 and 7.1.22. I also corrected the quotation marks so they would come out correctly.
